Zendrop experience is second to none, it's an amazing and user friendly app. The assistance you get from the email customer support (especially Nyka) is excellent. Nyka is very efficient, friendly, extremely supportive and very thorough in answering all your questions. Which makes dropshipping journey much easier to navigate. Thanks Nyka

The support is awesome!! With all my questions answered by Markqil, I just upgraded to annual Plus plan! Great support team. Highly recommend Zendrop support via the Zendrop website instead.

These guys are great - I found their chat bot to be a pain - but when I sent an email to thier support tema I got a response within 5 minutes that fully solved my issue.

Zendrop has been a game-changer for my business! Their seamless integration and fast shipping have saved me so much time and hassle. The customer service is amazing, always ready to help when I need it. Thanks to Zendrop, I've been able to focus more on growing my brand and less on logistics. Highly recommend! THE ONly one i will love to and will make me happe no didy is tunr my billing littil down i'm struglin now but anything els is top.
Zendrop has some great aspects and some really frustrating issues.
Frustrating issues:
- Their website is pretty buggy - I constantly get Error 404 Bad Gateway pages (Using Chrome / incognito / Explorer) and if I want to try and edit a linked product, there is a popup that flashes with the edit and delete options, but it literally flashes and I can never make a selection.
- Building a bundle is possible which I originally LOVED, but once built you cannot edit it, and if a variant becomes unavailable, you have to redo the whole bundle, including linking it again.
- They say there is 24/7 customer support, but its an AI chatbot and has pre-loaded options ONLY. No ability to request an actual agent for anything outside of those pre-loaded options.
- Variants that need to be edited in the order show the option for the action but always have an error on selection, and it asks you to contact support. which is the AI chatbot with pre-loaded selections...none of them being raising a support ticket.
- When you try to select a ticket to raise a new support ticket...you have no option to do so, its all very one sided.
- Email support takes several days for a response if you get one.
Good aspects
- I love the auto fulfillment when it works
- pretty good product selection
- easy to use interface most of the time
- easy to sync products and pretty instantaneous
- Easy to find product prices and SKU's etc
- Order issues are clear, not enough funds to pay / items out of stock etc. Just not easy to rectify them
If the issues could be rectified I would sing their praises but at the moment Im looking elsewhere because its so hindering for me.

Easy to navigate and that’s about it. Sadly i am a plus member. Extremely hard to get customer service, when trying to get a resolution about orders that were shipped from December 2nd i have received no straight answers. I have refunded customers and placed them a free order through hypersku just so they get their stuff. Here it is Christmas night and i just received another email from a customer requesting a refund from a December 2nd order that tracking says in transit thank you for waiting. Yall need to drop js express. Letting zendrop fill some of my Black Friday orders was the worst decision I have ever made. I will never use zendrop again, sadly im out the $500 bucks i just spent on a plus membership….never again, if anyone is reading this and actually cares about their business, please choose another fulfillment company
