It's a very good app and easy to use, however the search is not advanced enough. It is difficult to find products to match the title and there is no photo search, which there is in others. Order fulfillment takes a lot in general, the prices seem competitive though. They have lost 2-3 orders of mine but the support is well trained and offered a reorder soon after. What i would need more is better ...

I have been using Zendrop for over slightly a month now, and I have to say that I’m fairly disappointed.
While I generally think they have a good customer team, they seem to have trouble coming contact with their fulfillment team. For instance, when I made sample order and had a question about the delivery process, I was told that I will get an answer between 24-48 hours from their shipping team. ...

This is an updated review. I am VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THESERVICE OF THIS DROPSHIPPER!!! They promised 1-5 days of processing, and 1-10 days for actual shipping. last woeek orders are all past due on all commitments. Right now I have 30% request for cancelation. Support has not been able to resolve the issue.

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support.
The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.
Zendrop Customer service and chat system is fantastic! Very helpful and quick! The App I am just learning, and they are great at answering all my questions! They also sourced a product for me in so quick it was awesome! Lots of cool features and print on demand as well.
