This app is amazing for those looking for a free supplier when first starting out, however the paid plans are way to expensive and dont offer much value. My favorite thing tho is definitely the refund proccess, its very easy and straightforward.

Overall support when needed is great! However, I am still figuring out the best way to have a complete communication cycle when facing product availability and processing time challenges. I still recommend the app.

Revised from 2 stars to 4 after a great customer service experience. They reached out and, though my problem was not really resolved (yet) they acknowledged my complaint and at least made me feel like someone was listening!

I saw you could add 1 million products but now with a monthly limit of 1 thousand after a thresh hold!What else I'm looking for in an app is to be able to drop ship from any were to any where! and an easier way to drop-ship exclusively high ticket products

So far it's a great app and customer support is great. As I'm on the starter plan, I slowly start to feel limited but not there yet. Don't now yet what feature(s) could benefit me in an upgrade plan but I will eventually know I guess.
