Hi guys, first I would like to thank zendrop for this amazing app where you have access to a wide range of features, one being the print on demand feature, where you can print logo's on almost any products and so much more. I follow ethan king on YouTube and he provide's great content on dropshipping, what products are trending, what to buy etc, the support team are quite swift to respond whenever you get stuck or have question's that need answers. GREAT app I'm just getting started with my journey and I hope to get more involved with this app, thanks again from shemaar.

He demonstrated extreme patience and care with me, a very technologically deficient individual. He spent the time and walked me through every step of the way in setting up and linking Zendrop to my AI-generated Shopify store. He spent hours doing so with me, understood that I was at the beginning of the learning curve, and did not get impatient with me at all. Believe me, I got his undivided attention during the process. I’m new to dropshipping and Zendrop is the only supplier I’m currently using for my shop. Jo from customer service was very helpful in resolving my queries regarding the first orders I received. She also sent through relevant reading material that will help me in the future, if I have similar order processing issues. Jo responded within 15 minutes after submitting my questions in the Zendrop chat app, as the bot could not resolve. Not sure if Zendrop customer service always respond that fast but good to know that it's possible to resolve any issues quickly.

This app has made my journey into Dropshipping SO smooth. Just a week ago I started learning about dropshipping, and the simplicity of Zendrop really helped me overcome the struggles that I had in mind about opening my store. The customer support is also lightning fast, even for me currently on their free plan, which was really surprising. Nothing but good experiences so far. Keep up the great work!

Their support is of top tier. Even though in the beginning it might be a bit expensive to get their full plan, it is worth it. Also, they might charge a bit higher for the products but they will take good care of shipping any parcel on time and in good condition.

Zendrop is a great drop shipping app. They have a lot of different products and selections and what you want to drop ship will most probably be there, but if its not you just have to source it and the team members will do the best they can to find the product or whatever is close to it. The service is great. I suggest it.

Great customer Service. I somehow opened two accounts, one was a plus account and the other was basic. i was doing everything on the basic account, that could be why things weren't working right lol.
