Zendrop Customer service and chat system is fantastic! Very helpful and quick! The App I am just learning, and they are great at answering all my questions! They also sourced a product for me in so quick it was awesome! Lots of cool features and print on demand as well.
It is a great supply platform considering product ranges and advice on starting up as a dropshipper though I've yet conduct business with them in terms of client service as, I'm still a beginner and haven't built much of a customer base but so far as to establing the business , the platform has been great to interact with for ease of use of most of applications.
Few of the representatives will ACTUALLY help you. Sometimes they the representative will end their shift or go on a lunch so it sucks having to get transferred to another representative and then having to explain your problem all over again. All of them answer pretty quickly though. I do love how they give you videos to refer to because sometimes it is difficult to visualize over text. One thing i didn't like is that one representative getting in the business of another conversation i was having with another representative. Overall, its a great app and has many awesome features but of course there is always things to improve. All love, thank you Zendrop.

Zendrop is truly an easy and amazing app to use. I do suggest that begginers do a lot of research about all the fees before jumping head on in like the tiktok videos suggest. I had come across a miner issue but the support team was so amazing and helpful..Thank you Markgil who helped me every step of the way, I will definitely use this app for my future dropshipping when I have a little more expierence. You deserve 5 stars!!!

Customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient dropshipping solution, Zendrop is definitely worth considering. It’s streamlined my workflow and improved my store’s performance. Highly recommend!
The price is a bit high to use this in Australia, thou, it all comes down to pricing strategy. The support team is very responsive, thoughtful, easy to communicate, and a big help.
Zendrop is a great drop ship supplier the platform is very simple and customer service is fast and reliable they have a bot that will guide you through any questions you have, as well as chatting directly with a human. They also have a no questions ask refund policy.
Very easy wesbite to navigate. Lots of selection of things to choose from. Shipping in less than 2 weeks. Very helpful customer service. Negatives are that they dont have a phone number to call to reach a live person, just chat. And I think they should develop an app. The orders page could be a little more detailed too. Thanks
