Best customer service in the dropshipping industry. Shipping fees and the requirement to make a minimum of $15,000 in monthly sales to facilitate bulk purchases are a bit annoying. but the service is good.

It is the WORST Dropshipping experience with products and logistic. Very limited products to choose and logistic takes forever to ship and arrive. Keeps the promises. Shop was configured and available from day one, with a huge selection of products to choose from for your store. Although I had some issues starting and setting up I was assisted professionally via Instagram and email, making sure everything goes to plan and works as intended.
I was charged for two months without any prior notification, even though my store was never published or used. Zendrop refused to refund the April charge, citing a strict 5-day refund policy, despite the fact that I never utilized their services. This approach feels unfair and lacks transparency. My experience with the Zendrop-Dropshipping & POD was great. The assistance Nyka was very helpful and attended to my query quite quickly. Nyka also sent me a follow-up email to check that everything was going well and offered further assistance if required which I think was very important.
