I upgraded to the plus plan for 79$ thinking i can unlock the custom branding. I have noticed that i can only do thank you cards with the said program. I have contacted support and they even issued a refund on my request without questioning why. I have spoken with Darlene from custommer support and i was impressed by the professionalism and the pace at she was getting back to me in this fast day & age. Darlene gave me some advice to help me in the short term till i reach higher sales volume so i can join their programme then.

Such a GREAT customer service you have! I got first help from Darleen, very kind, and then from Austin who is absolutely fantastik! He's really engaged to help you and solve the problem. I'm not hi tech at all but he guided me through every step and made me at ease. I recommend Zendrop for dropshipping and thank you again for your excellent service!

I'm new to dropshipping and I tried the aliexpress thing in the past and frankly it was really overwhelming. I love the Zendrop academy because Bryan makes it so possible for you to start your store with one product and then scale! Definitely takes the edge off. I love their trending products section! I haven't launched my store yet but I'm looking forward to the possibilities of this new income adventure.

I will recommend Zendrop because you allow you try for free and see if you like it. I was mistakenly charged on a free plan but my money was refunded to me. It’s a great drop shipping company that puts the customer first

19-09-2023 The start was rough with Zendrop, I have canceled them but we just received the products we ordered threw Zendrop. Products came in 10-12 business days in Europe. Some products' quality was decent some of them were excellent. They refunded the money I lost during the PLUS Plan period. Now for compensation, they opened 1 year PLUS for free for us. I do not believe people saying it is impossible to reach them out it just takes time. Be patient guys and Zendrop will help you I'm pretty sure. Good luck everyone with your journey on dropshipping!

06-09-2023 So, 3 days later they contacted me and returned all the money I had lost. If they would just have a fast decent Support team I would go back and would be using the platform again. It is really painful to wait a couple of days for a reply or help. In a couple of months, I will give them one more shot to see if have they fixed the issue with Support.

03-09-2023 So, I opened a free trial. After trying it I canceled 2 days before ending and I got charged full price for the month on a free trial period. So this morning I decided to use it because I have paid for it anyway. So I have reopened Zendrop and they charged me again! I have sent 4 letters to support and CEO. No reply so far. Explain please how the hell you charging people 2 times the full price on a free trial period. I will change my review as soon as you will fix this.
