Honestly not worth the risk, seems there is no way to get in contact with support. Everything I have looked up tells me to go through the 'AI-chatbot' on their website, except there isn't even an option for that...

I have 0 products on my site and currently being charged $70.

The customer service and communication is awesome. They really go above and beyond to make sure your queries and issues are resolved. They even follow up to make sure you dont need any more help.

I had an issue with my account credits and reached out to Zendrop support. Liezel was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. My experience with the Zendrop-Dropshipping & POD was great. The assistance Nyka was very helpful and attended to my query quite quickly. Nyka also sent me a follow-up email to check that everything was going well and offered further assistance if required which I think was very important.

Easiest Dropshipping system out there. Sign up, find products, get orders, fulfill them. They make it as easy as possible. Customer Service is top notch too.

I was barely outside of the refund window without even realizing I would be charged. It's been 8 days since I was billed with no sales or usage and I had no idea. They made no exception for me, seems like they don't care too much about their customers. I was planning on coming back to the service at another time as a paying customer, but that ship has sailed.
