I just wanted to share how thankful I am of Shiza. I goof up and selected AI to build a store, not knowing that it would create a brand new store. Turns out the username and password was lost before I was able to write it down, so I could not access the newly created account to remove it from my Zendrop account. Shiza helped in removing the unwanted store and connect me to my store. Thanks Shiza for handling my mix-up quickly and professionally.

Honestly one of the best app integrations one could add to their store. With products ready to sell as soon as you link your store and a highly respectful, caring and quick responding customer support staff at your service, it truly feels like a premium app that deserves a 100 out of a 5. Zendrop is what you need if you are looking for getting your fulfillment handles professionally, and to make it even better they have one of the best costumer service, I just had Cyril helped me out to figure out how to get access to my pre built store, and she helped me to figure it out fast and easy.. recommend them to everyone

I cancelled on March the 19 of 2024. I was charged for June and July. I was told there was nothing they could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I didn't cancel until August. I went back into my shopify account to get the proof and it has "magically' disappeared.
