I usually don't like to use the help function on websites because it is not always helpful. But Joshua helped me out and did so very quickly. He had the answers to all of my questions and I did not need to repeatedly explain my problem to a bunch of different bots and helpers to get them. I explained once to the bot and then Joshua knew the situation and helped promptly. Zendrop is great.

I have to say that joining Zendrop is one of the best decisions I have made, I love there products and their customer service is top notch. There has never been a time when I had an issue and had to contact support and they couldn't help me. My last issue I was helped by Jobelle and the support was excellent, my billing question was answered then given information I needed for setting up another account. Joining the Plus Plan was also a great move, because of all the benefits including the live trainings. These are done weekly and are full of knowledge and ideas on growing your business, Thomas is a great teacher
