my experience so far its been great. Just starting this business and have some knowledge in computer but not expert at all.This app is pretty user friendly and would recommended to anyone wanting to start a e-commerce business.

Nyka from the support team went above and beyond to help me figure out and solve an issue I had due to a misunderstanding. She was clear, communicate effectively and kept me updated throughout the entire situation.

Om man vill bli lurad på pengar så är denna app ett perfekt sätt. Man signar upp för ett gratis-abonnemang och sen hittar de sätt att ta dina pengar ändå. Att Shopify ens tillåter detta är för mig oförståeligt. Jag kan inte vara den enda som klagat på zendrops luddiga prenumerationsplaner

Their CS (Jemima) was great.
However... I personally ordered a product which took 14 days to arrive in Florida. On top of that, the product (suitcase coffee cup holder) did NOT function as intended.
Stay clear, if you don't want frustrated customers!
