Harvey from customer support has been very helpful today in helping to solve an issue that has been frustrating me for weeks now. I was running around in circles before with other suggestions and agents but Harvey came to the rescue. Besides that, so far Zendrop has been user friendly.

I recently started using Zendrop, and so far, I’ve been impressed with how easily customer service addresses any issues. It gives me a great sense of security knowing support is just a click away. I also love their branding section—it’s fantastic! When I received my first order, there were a few missing items, but Ivan resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Zendrop!

App is great so far, I did have an issue with the Subscription with Zendrop and Shopify not linking so I got charged twice.
