Zendrop charged me twice for the Plus plan and then downgraded my account to Zero. I received no features I paid for. Support ignored me until it was “too late” to refund. I was promised benefits and got nothing. Terrible support, broken billing system.

Zendrop's customer service is very responsive, attentive and efficient.
They respond quickly to requests and provide concrete solutions, which really makes store management easier.

I was having some issues setting up my store and linking it to Zendrop but the staff was very helpful.
Jacob was soo helpful with reporting a bug that occured when I was adding products in zendrop to my store.
Kristia was extremely helpful with helping me sort out my delivery and shipping settings along with helping me purchase a sample from my store.
Zendrop staff has been so supportive in guiding me through my experience of setting up a store.

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Within 10 days of having the app I was charged more than $140 in some sort of subscription charges, before I’ve even made a sale!!! I’m absolutely livid and demand a refund please

Rafaela was amazing , she helped every step of the way though most of my products could still not be linked as the varients differ and could not be found it was nice having her try with me . Thank you

I am very satisfied with Zndrop's customer service. They answer all my messages with courtesy; bravo. I would have given them 5 stars if there hadn't been a problem processing my order, but since they did a good job of finding the source of the problem, I was reassured.
