The app would not let me cancel my subscription. Even after going to their help center and typing in "how do i cancel my zendrop subscription" the top article read "how to upgrade my subscription" The app took 60 dollars from me and I didn't even use it. Total Scam

It's been a few weeks since I used Zendrop and I'm very happy with the quality of support I've received. They are all very kind and detailed when answering my questions, which helped me a lot. As an online entrepreneur, you constantly encounter unexpected challenges and technical blocks. And having great CS team like Zendrop provides, is very important.

I had one heck of top quality support from the team at Zendrop particularly Mariane who stuck with the connecting problem I had connecting Zendrop to my Shopify theme. I created the problem myself by testing two accounts at once with different emails. Mariane stuck with it and after many attempts Mariane Fixed the problem and stayed until I tested the complete Zendrop App.
