Je donne 4 étoiles à Zendrop pour son service exceptionnel. J'apprécie grandement la qualité et l'efficacité jusqu'à présent. Cependant, n'ayant pas encore lancé ma boutique en ligne, je me réserve la dernière étoile jusqu'à ce que je puisse pleinement évaluer l'impact de Zendrop sur l'expérience de mes clients. Si leur satisfaction est au rendez-vous, je serai ravi d'attribuer cette étoile manquante !

I juest started with Zendrop, and they really dont lie. They have EVERY PRODUCT. And i love it. I did struggle with a little glitch that made me unable to link a few roduct variants, but with the help of their team, everything got fixed. The team is extremely fast at answering too, and at any given time of the day. I told them my prolem, and sent them the link of the product that dificuties, and boom. Each fixed in under two minutes. You can even see the change happen before your eyes. I really do recomend this and honnestly it would be a five start if it wasnt for the little bug.

I havent really started yet since i am now waiting for my first sample order to come through but all the customer supports have answered me very quickly and was very precise regarding the answer provided. They have been very comprehensive so far. So far so good !

Customer service is lovely, if you can get past the AI to talk to the real agents they are very sweet. I was personally helped by Shiza and Shaun and received great service. The only downfall is getting past the AI some times.
