I had my very first sale, and unfortunately, the item turned out to be out of stock—what a bummer, right? I reached out to Zendrop Support not expecting much... but I was blown away! In less than 30 minutes, I received a prompt and professional reply from Harvey Khan, who not only explained the situation clearly but also guided me step-by-step on how to handle it. He even suggested practical alternatives to offer my buyer. To look for a similar product on Zendrop, make the offer, to avoid missing the sale. I did.
Exceptional service, fast response time, and genuine support.

Used Zendrop for my fist Shopify store, and had a multiple-item order, some of which were out of stock unfortunately. Reached out to Support and Jacob was able to find an alternative and guide me on how to update the items in my store without breaking the entire setup. Great experience, professional and quick support team

I have tried many other suppliers out there and i can tell you that Zendrop is by far the best out there. Their reply is always fast, shipping time and automatic fulfilling is great! I have definately found my supplier for all my stores. Liezel was also very helpful and Knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zendrop!

At midnight, I realized one of my customer’s orders was stuck in a weird limbo—and I had no idea what to do. I was completely lost. I reached out to the chatbot, and that’s when Hasnain came to the rescue. He jumped in fast, figured out the issue right away, and walked me through a step-by-step solution like a pro. And on top of that, he gave me the motivational boost I didn’t even know I needed that night. Seriously, someone give this guy a raise.

I am upgrading my review to 5 stars because my previous one was based on my misunderstanding of how they operate. Zendrop has since explained everything clearly; I am satisfied with them. Austin needs a special mention here. I am looking forward to a successful dropshipping journey with them. So far I have experienced very good support from them! I recommend Zendrop to all dropshipping business people

Shout out Nina from Zendrop for helping me out with product photos! I needed to see the quality of a product before ordering because the shipping times are long when ordering to the US from that certain supplier, and she went above and beyond by providing me with alternatives when we couldn't solve the issue at first -- and then emailing me what I had originally hoped for the next day. Their customer support hasn't failed me.

Honestly an amazing dropshipping service, they provide an amazing user experience, with even greater ways to add products to your shop.

The customer support is always super quick and they solve and help you step by step. It's definitely worth the money.

I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting out, and to experienced dropshippers!

Hands down the best experience I've had. I found Zendrop through Davie Fogarty's YouTube video and I'm blown away by their transparency with product and shipping prices. But what really impresses me is their customer service - super helpful and lightning-fast responses, often within 2 minutes. Pauline was fantastic. Definitely sticking with Zendrop
