Great survey app - extensive and thorough. I use Zigpoll for one big survey this past month to get insight into moving my product line forward and it really paid off. I set up a post purchase survey, exit intent survey and abandoned cart survey. All are working good and the insights after just a few hours have been very valuable. The surveys are very customizable. Support was also excellent.
