Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!

Not only is it super easy to setup, but the number of customers who fill the forms is high enough for us to make meaningful decisions based on the Analytics. Lastly, support is fantastic! We've been using Zigpoll for half a year or so and the app is excellent. The surveys are simple, yet customisable to suit many different needs. The results are great, and clearly are engaging customers as intended. The config can be a little tricky at times, but the support team are responsive and know their product really well. We're very happy to continue using the app.
