cannot recommend this app enough. this is one of the very few apps on Shopify that just work brilliantly and deliver exactly what it says it will. we were blown away by how easy it is to use and how user friendly the UI is, not to mention it gives a goldmine of valuable data that helps us improve our CR and customer satisfaction. cannot recommend enough. Jason you did a fantastic job on this one!

The AI is extremely inaccurate. So much that it's nearly useless. Don't include junk in the product.

This app is a game changer. We're getting tons of information about why people are buying our products and how they use them, and we're not even offering any discounts to the users for completing the polls. Really incredible app
Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!

Great app with so many options to customise. I love how easy it was to integrate with my thank you page and show new customers a survey. So many options on the survey, I'm surprised this doesn't cost more!
