Zigpoll is the best post-purchase survey tool we've found. Setup is simple, the survey flows feel native on-site, and the response quality is genuinely useful for understanding why customers bought. We use it to feed ICP research directly into our creative strategy. Does exactly what it promises.
I used zigpoll to send a surveys to customers, it went easy using their ai. Editting what the ai created was easy. the customer service department is very helpfull and not in rush like those of some other apps i used.
I like that u can handle all kind of surveys from post-purchase pop-up to email survey and pre-exit survey, here in the same app.
