Zigpoll gives fantastic insights into how our customers find us with our post purchase survey. Their customer service is incredible and they can always solve a problem when we need help.

Great app and excellent support
This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.

We've built a seamless post purchase survey in the effort to build a super strong customer avatar profile which will lead to us creating much better and more direct Facebook ads, in the aim to reduce ad spend long term.
