Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Awesome, very helpful. We use it mainly for post-purchase surveys on the thank you page ("how did you hear about us", "why did you buy product XYZ") and overall purchase satisfaction sent automatically via email ("how satisfied are you with your recent purchase"). It's reasonably easy to use but most of all, it's just really reliable and versatile. We made some of our core business decisions based on the survey results we received through this app.

Oh and the founder Jason is just awesome! He helped me every time I had a question with in-depth support.

Zigpoll is incredible, they always keep you updated with statistics of your polls which helps you think of creative solutions for your business, plus Jason was able to personally help me with a feature request called an action slide which allows for a person to first open up a link within the poll before proceeding to the next slide. Thanks a lot, this product is amazing!

I have been using the app for awhile to manage post purchase surveys. It's been working great. I have been trying to figure out a way to get birthday month and day into metafields with all these different software options in the app store. It ended up that Zigpoll was the tool I was looking for. The customer service from Jason was excellent. He was fast and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I am so excited to have this figured out! Zigpoll also has an integration with Omnisend which is great because I am switching this week!

This app delivers exactly as promised—and then some. It offers more features than comparable tools and is priced more competitively. I was initially concerned that support might suffer because of that, but Jason, the founder, has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. He’s replied to every email within a day and is even open to customizing the app to fit specific business needs.

If you’re looking for better post-purchase attribution or want to collect customer data seamlessly, I highly recommend giving this app a try.

Great app! Highly recommend! We get great feedback and it helps us find out how they got to our website when the analytics don't quite catch it. Has been a key metric of ours. We actually use this on both of our brands websites (fineusatrading.com and cranewellness.co) and it has been perfect. Easy to use. Great customer service. It's a no brainer for any e-commerce CPG brand!

SUPER THRILLED!!! Great app + incredible customer support.

As a small business owner getting ready for a 2-day shopping event, this was exactly what I needed to set up a sweepstakes campaign. I needed that was easy to "turn on" and did not require any coding/changes to my custom Shopify theme.

Jason (the founder) emailed me after my download and offered to answer any questions. The next day, he hopped on a zoom call to help me out. I'm thrilled with how it went. I got help FAST and now my day has gone from stress-level 8 to stress-level 3.

I'm starting on the free plan and testing out various flows. I love that all features are available (rather than blocked by hefty pricing tiers). There's lots to love about Zigpoll.

Would definitely recommend. Has various useful functions and capabilities from sending out email surveys to integrated post purchase surveys on a webpage. With the new Shopify update I realized that my post purchase survey wasn't integrated properly. Founder was very responsive, helpful, and kind. It was nice to be able to interact with a person when getting support instead of endless ai chatbox messages - very much appreciated! In the end it turned out to be a shopify issue and not a zigpoll app issue.

Got everything that you need for a review app. Fast and responsive support. Great app
