Zigpoll has been an incredible tool for our website! There are tons of ready-made survey solutions built in, but it's also super easy to create our own surveys from scratch. I really appreciate the myriad of different question formats (single-select, multi-select, sliding scale, and even photo selections, among tons of others). The data is aggregated in easy-to-read charts plus AI insights, so it's really simple to synthesize the survey results.

Most importantly, the support offered is absolutely top-notch. The team was communicative and thorough in helping resolve my questions with ease.

Big fan! I use other apps for reviews, but prefer zigpoll for polling customers. Is way more detailed and customizable, and the AI insights are actually super helpful in summarizing data. The customer support is also top tier. Can’t recommend enough!

I was just looking for an app that could help grab a little customer info after checkout. Zigpoll was the answer! I know this app can do a lot more for me in the future but for now this was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Has various useful functions and capabilities from sending out email surveys to integrated post purchase surveys on a webpage. With the new Shopify update I realized that my post purchase survey wasn't integrated properly. Founder was very responsive, helpful, and kind. It was nice to be able to interact with a person when getting support instead of endless ai chatbox messages - very much appreciated! In the end it turned out to be a shopify issue and not a zigpoll app issue.

Setup was a breeze and I'm really impressed with how much customization is available if you need it. I didn't expect logic-based tile progressions, weekly email reports, and analytics all to be available on the free plan.

Unlike many of my other Shopify apps, the UI is snappy, easy to use, and intuitive. I also love how the survey answers can show up in my order details for a heads-up preview when I'm curious about a new order.

I'm not there yet, but it looks like it also directly integrates with Omnisend, MailChimp, Klayvio, Google Sheets, Slack, and others. Well done!

This app delivers exactly as promised—and then some. It offers more features than comparable tools and is priced more competitively. I was initially concerned that support might suffer because of that, but Jason, the founder, has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. He’s replied to every email within a day and is even open to customizing the app to fit specific business needs.

If you’re looking for better post-purchase attribution or want to collect customer data seamlessly, I highly recommend giving this app a try.

We were initially concerned that, without Shopify Plus, we wouldn’t be able to use ZigPoll—but it integrated seamlessly into the post-purchase section, exactly where we needed it.
