Amazing app - especially useful on the Thank you page. The targeting options are absolutely perfect and translations done in a few seconds and very accurate. The surveys look amazing, very interactive the confetti on the end of the surveys is quite cool

The predefined slides are perfect for getting started, so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel and can rely on the experience of the app developers.

Great solution! I looked at a bunch of options but this one was definitely the best. The automated export functionality makes it super easy to send all the data to a JSON endpoint - now my marketing team is happy as they can see the responses without logging in to the website.

The customer support is excellent and some features were added in response to a question I had, which made my life a lot easier!

Easy to use and deployed quickly. I customized an NPS survey with additional questions easily, and we are already seeing a better response rate than the previous tools.

This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.

Love Zigpoll overall, just don't like how the pricing goes up on bigger tiers without much increase in value

I am really impressed with this app! There are so many options, it lets you design any type of survey you need. I am using it to get targeted feedback on new products. I'm sure I will think of another half dozen ways to use it to.

Great app! We've built a seamless post purchase survey in the effort to build a super strong customer avatar profile which will lead to us creating much better and more direct Facebook ads, in the aim to reduce ad spend long term.
