Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This app is fantastic. We find that at least a third of our users constantly answer our checkout survey and provide us with really valuable feedback. App is easy to use and if you have an issue, support responds really quickly. Highly recommend (I use it on 3 different Shopify sites)

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

So far this app has been excellent and the support is even better. i first used the app to see where the people came from that were purchasing which helped me realize my Facebook ads weren't as successful as Facebooks data might have you believe. I am now using it to ask customers who are abandoning their carts what stopped them from purchasing. this app if use correctly could have some real horsepower.

Super easy to set up and use the surveys with a huge variety of templates to choose from. If you get stuck their support team responds very quickly and will help you through the issue too. I would highly recommend this app if you want to add surveys to your site!

We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on Zigpoll for our solution. Jason, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features. Great platform, has everything we need, most impactful surveys are already pre built too! Plug and play, start getting feedback immediately. We have already made 3 changes to our B2B wholesale store, adding information and changing the layout, reducing friction for buyers.

Very easy to implement. Interface is intuitive. The insight report for open answers really save a lot of time. Only request for exit poll is if there is an accurate way to catch when a customer is leaving without purchasing. But this app is highly recommended!

Great app, easy to use and perfect support. We are using it for several markets, only thing to improve here might be the translations which need to be set up for each survey again. Also sometimes it's not the most intuitive design, but in the end we manage to set everything up as we would like to and Jason is very helpful and gives quick support. Definitely one of our favorite Shopify apps.
