Zigpoll Customer Surveys

I highly recommend this app! It's incredibly user-friendly, highly customizable, and seamlessly integrates with Shopify data. It does exactly what we need with ease. Plus, the customer support is outstanding—any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Great customer service!

We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on Zigpoll for our solution. Jason, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features. Replies went above and beyond what one would has come expect from support these days and that means a lot to us. We will continue to use Zigpoll for our future customer outreach campaigns and recommend it highly for others just starting out with similar enhancements to their sites.

I wanted to start running surveys to better understand our customers and use the valuable data in marketing and new product development. It took me some time to pull the trigger to choose an app and implement the surveys. I did a lot of research, looked at several apps and methods and gathered the questions I wanted to ask. I finally decided on ZigPoll, as you know if you are a founder wearing all the hats, constantly having to learn new software is a chore! ZigPoll made it easy for me, main reason is they are VERY responsive and were right there to answer my questions to keep me moving along! I have 3 Surveys going for the past 4 weeks and they have been an INCREDIBLE tool to see what people are thinking! ZigPoll is a GREAT survey partner. I have two post purchase surveys running, one for New Customers and one for Repeat Customers. And a survey that is more in dept to my VIP customers to learn more about them. I highly recommend ZigPoll... Integrates great with Klaviyo and Shopify!

Super easy to set up and use the surveys with a huge variety of templates to choose from. If you get stuck their support team responds very quickly and will help you through the issue too. I would highly recommend this app if you want to add surveys to your site!

We recently integrated Zigpoll into our Shopify store, and it's been a pretty fantastic experience. The software is very customisable, and very easy to tailor to our needs. Installation was a breeze, and it integrates seamlessly with our Shopify, which allowed us to quickly launch our surveys.

The user interface is a bit old-school in design (currently), but very intuitive. This makes it easy to create surveys and option flows. The output graphs and data are in easy formats too. The simplicity in design makes it quite simple to use and understand, even when working with complicated survey options.

A real standout for us, was our support experience, which has been outstanding. Whenever we reached out with queries, the team responded almost immediately, and resolved any questions, with speed and efficiency. Their dedication to customer service really endeared us to using their solution.

Overall, Zigpoll has been a great tool, with minimal hassle. We highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners looking for a great survey app that works well with Shopify.

Love Zigpoll overall, just don't like how the pricing goes up on bigger tiers without much increase in value

The customer service is top-notch. Just had a 30 min video call with Jason who walked me through setting up a poll to meet our company's specific needs. It's exactly what we were looking for and didn't think we'd be able to achieve. The ability to drill down with this app is impressive and we are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with it. Super impressed.
