We've been trying to get good customer feedback for two years and after running one survey via Zigpoll we literally got everything we needed within hours. Great customer support when needed as well via the app. Excited to continue running surveys with this app!

I have been using Zigpoll for a while now, and it's amazing, it works just as you hope it to, and there are loads of useful features while still being simple to use. I can see a lot of work has gone into it.
And the support is first class, what more can you ask for?!?

The app is easy to use and intuitive. I had a couple of questions during the setup, which Jason promptly answered. Echoing other reviewer's comments, what really sets this app apart is the excellent support and customer service from Jason and his team. The response time is amazing, and Jason is always looking for feedback from us and to try and continually improve the app and add more features, exemplifying a customer-centric mindset.

Great platform, has everything we need, most impactful surveys are already pre built too! Plug and play, start getting feedback immediately. We have already made 3 changes to our B2B wholesale store, adding information and changing the layout, reducing friction for buyers.

This app has everything you need if you are looking to get feedback from your users and clients on any topic. We started with a classic survey that we embedded in a dedicated website page. Super user user friendly and easy to set up. I only had one doubt about translation and Jason very quickly responded and show me how to set it up.
