This app is easy to use and construct the logic on surveys. Perfect for people who want to level up their site without needing to research coding. There are a few things that come across as "clunky" but for the price it's not worth complaining about.

The first Survey was so easy to create, and it worked!! Exactly as I hoped it would. It delivered the outcomes we expected too.

We had one issue (user error, not app related), and the response from the help team was exceptional. They followed up a few days later, too.

In a world full of monologues, having meaningful dialogue is unexpected.

Absolutely love this app! It's incredibly user-friendly—setting up surveys takes just minutes, and everything runs super fast. You don't need any coding skills to get started, which is a huge plus. The analytics and charts are top-notch, making it easy to visualize your survey data. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it integrates responses into Shopify Orders and Customer Records.

Fantastic app!

We are getting very high customer engagements after checkout - 1 in 5 customers fill out the survey. Works with Checkout Extensions, flexible, support is very quick to sort out issues. Couldn't be happier with the results.

We use the app on all our Shopify stores now to collect post purchase feedback and NPS score emails. We are just scratching the surface at this point.

We had an issue with reaching the max number of emails we can send per month on one of the highest plans but Jason really helped us out during one our busiest times of the year by increasing our email send limit. We really appreciate that!

Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.
