Zigpoll offers a wide variety of survey options, easy to set up and get started. We really appreciated the auto translation option, as we offer so many different languages.
The AI features for response analysis are a serious time saver that we would not want to miss! The Zigpoll team is always available to support and super friendly.
Great solution! I looked at a bunch of options but this one was definitely the best. The automated export functionality makes it super easy to send all the data to a JSON endpoint - now my marketing team is happy as they can see the responses without logging in to the website.
The customer support is excellent and some features were added in response to a question I had, which made my life a lot easier!

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.
Having evaluated a few different survey apps, Zigpoll stood out in terms of two areas. 1.) Service - I had a lot of questions specifically about the functionality and control we would have with our surveys. Jason was super informative and walked me through everything. It wasn't a sales pitch either. I never felt pressured or pushed into their app. 2.) App functionality - Surveys were easy to setup and integrate into Shopify. The app has so many features giving you a lot of control. The reporting is amazing. You can raw data access or charts/insights that allows you to better understand your customers. I am almost 2 weeks into using the app and have 3 surveys running collecting 500-1000 responses a week. No complaints. I highly recommend this app!
I recently installed this app and have been so impressed, not only with the great support, but also with the data I’m able to get from site visitors (post purchase or if they’re just leaving the site without a purchase) and understanding why/what drives their actions. Zigpoll has been an incredible tool for our website! There are tons of ready-made survey solutions built in, but it's also super easy to create our own surveys from scratch. I really appreciate the myriad of different question formats (single-select, multi-select, sliding scale, and even photo selections, among tons of others). The data is aggregated in easy-to-read charts plus AI insights, so it's really simple to synthesize the survey results.
Most importantly, the support offered is absolutely top-notch. The team was communicative and thorough in helping resolve my questions with ease.
We were using a different system for a post purchase attribution survey and got almost no responses, and the second we installed Zigpoll, customers started using the survey. Now about 40% of people respond, which is wild. It does have a lot of flexibility in how you can customize it, so that's good too. The only downside is that the UX/UI internally is really confusing.
