Zigpoll Customer Surveys

I've tried four different survey apps with Shopify, and this was the best. The interface for editing surveys is elegant, but powerful. The surveys are implemented with reasonable and thoughtful defaults, so they look good out of the box. Support has been highly responsive. The pricing seems extremely fair for the features provided.

I am really impressed with this app! There are so many options, it lets you design any type of survey you need. I am using it to get targeted feedback on new products. I'm sure I will think of another half dozen ways to use it to.

This app works perfectly for our monthly website polls. We had some troubleshooting recently to do and we found the zipoll help very quickly and efficient in resolving our problem in no time at all. Would definitely recommend it.

The app is really easy to install and get live. The first time it took me about 20 minutes to build out a survey, but that was down to me going slowly and working things out. Going forward it's an absolute breeze to set these things up. The customer service is truly excellent too. Fast, friendly and will complete answers. I 100% recommend Zigpoll.

This was one of the easiest apps to get set up. I had two questions, and support answered them within hours. Actually, the first one was answered in under an hour. It is also feature-rich and has everything you need. I was able to create a survey in less than an hour after I installed the app. I rarely leave reviews but I was impressed with the level of support and the ease of use.

I was just looking for an app that could help grab a little customer info after checkout. Zigpoll was the answer! I know this app can do a lot more for me in the future but for now this was perfect.
