Great app, already gathering valuable information about my site visitors and customers. Fast and knowledgeable customer service. Jason (owner) is super helpful. Fully recommend if you are looking to gain some insight into your web traffic.

Fantastic app!

We are getting very high customer engagements after checkout - 1 in 5 customers fill out the survey. Works with Checkout Extensions, flexible, support is very quick to sort out issues. Couldn't be happier with the results.

We use the app on all our Shopify stores now to collect post purchase feedback and NPS score emails. We are just scratching the surface at this point.

We had an issue with reaching the max number of emails we can send per month on one of the highest plans but Jason really helped us out during one our busiest times of the year by increasing our email send limit. We really appreciate that!

Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.

Absolute game changer this application. You gain so much knowledge about your customer especially the survey on the thank you page (+70% completion rate).

Next to that I would like to mention that Jason, who happens to be the founder, his support is exemplary. Quick and detailed responses who get you onboarded fast!

I would recommend this app to anyone who seeks deeper knowledge of their customers.

I recently added the the app, and so far I am enjoying it! It's fairly easy, I love the analytics, and it has many options for surveys to use. I wanted to try doing a survey a little different than I've done my others, so reached out to customer service. Jason reached out to me quickly, and helped me with the multitude of questions I had for him. He made sure he understood what I was asking in order to properly help me, and I truly appreciated it. Would I recommend.... absolutely! And thanks again, Jason! You're awesome.
