Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

Seems to be doing everything I need. Without much efforts.

The team is super reactive, and takes (good) improvement suggestions into account very fast.

We tested a number of survey tools and this is the one we will adopt!

Super easy to set up and use the surveys with a huge variety of templates to choose from. If you get stuck their support team responds very quickly and will help you through the issue too. I would highly recommend this app if you want to add surveys to your site!
