Very fast service, good attitude and the product is excellently made!

This was one of the easiest apps to get set up. I had two questions, and support answered them within hours. Actually, the first one was answered in under an hour. It is also feature-rich and has everything you need. I was able to create a survey in less than an hour after I installed the app. I rarely leave reviews but I was impressed with the level of support and the ease of use.

The user interface is a bit old-school in design (currently), but very intuitive. This makes it easy to create surveys and option flows. The output graphs and data are in easy formats too.
