This app had all the functionalities that I needed for the survey I wanted on my Shopify store. It took me a little time to figure out how to embed the survey on a specifc product page as I'm new to Shopify but had very prompt and great customer service support from Zigpoll which got that sorted out really quickly. Highly recommend.

I just started using the app and I must say they have excellent customer service - fast and attentive - and their surveys have so many different settings that make everything possible. I also consider quite a good price for all you get. So far, I recommend it!

This is the only app that respects the user experience. The joke today is that you spend more time closing pop ups than browsing e-commerce websites. Zigpoll breaks that pattern by allowing you to communicate with your customers unobtrusively. Highly recommend for those who don’t want to cheapen their brands.

I am such a newbie at all of this stuff and so I tried by myself at first to understand the app, to no avail.
I contacted Jason who literally emailed back every few minutes to help me. He assisted me and then taught me how to navigate the app. I am blown away by this company’s customer service.

This app is amazing, the level of flexibility and customization is way better than I would have expected. Customer support and setup help is also an amazing layer to this product. I would recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify site!
