Awesome, very helpful. We use it mainly for post-purchase surveys on the thank you page ("how did you hear about us", "why did you buy product XYZ") and overall purchase satisfaction sent automatically via email ("how satisfied are you with your recent purchase"). I have been using the app for awhile to manage post purchase surveys. It's been working great. I have been trying to figure out a way to get birthday month and day into metafields with all these different software options in the app store. This app is fantastic. We find that at least a third of our users constantly answer our checkout survey and provide us with really valuable feedback. App is easy to use and if you have an issue, support responds really quickly. Highly recommend (I use it on 3 different Shopify sites)
