I strongly advise against using Zinrelo. After using the app for over four years, I can confidently say that almost any other loyalty program on Shopify offers better functionality, more modern features, and more transparent pricing. Zinrelo feels extremely outdated, and the platform lacks many tools that are standard with more affordable competitors.

One of the most frustrating experiences I had was when I hit the maximum member count allowed in my plan. Instead of reaching out or helping me manage the situation, Zinrelo simply began charging me steep overage fees—an additional $50 to $70 per month on top of our $1,500 annual contract. There was no warning, no support, just extra charges.

To make matters worse, despite reaching out to cancel on the exact day the new contract began, they still auto-renewed the agreement without my consent or signature, and have flat-out refused to issue a refund. I am currently in the middle of a chargeback dispute with my credit card company to recover the money.

Customer support has also been a constant pain point. It's nearly impossible to get timely assistance since their team is entirely overseas, and we’ve had to wait over a week for responses on urgent issues more than once. That level of service is unacceptable, especially for what they charge.

Zinrelo has shown no willingness to work with us, even after years as a loyal customer. Their strict policies and lack of communication have been deeply disappointing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away unless you enjoy overpaying for a clunky, outdated app with poor support and shady business practices.

Gives 10 points for every dollar so using their settings you are giving away $5 for every $20 spent and you can’t change it on the free plan. What you can do is change the amount you give for rewards but you can’t change the other settings so you could change so $5 for every $100 spent but then a review would only give them $0.50 for example so it just doesn’t make sense and their customer service are terrible. Literally just say not possible on a free plan to everything and take forever to reply.

Obviously checked out other Loyalty Program apps but, for a small business with less than a thousand loyalty members and combined with all the various ways to earn points this made Zinrelo the best choice. If, like me, you are new to loyalty programs it can take a while to get your head around how the scheme will work for you but, since installing the app it has worked well. The widgets are easyish to customise but if you want to integrate into your site pages a knowledge of coding would be helpful. I've only had a couple of times where I needed to reach out to support and have found their response time to be excellent and are very helpful in fixing any issues and Yahya very kindly helped me out with the coding and integration. Fantastic all-round and well deserving of five stars.

We have been using Zinrelo for a little over 6 months now and have enjoyed it. There are great features, and it has been a good way to limit our discounts we have given in the past, and instead incentivize people to spend with us, then come back for future purchases while building up rewards. The Zinrelo support has also been a great help.

Zinrelo has done an amazing job as my store's loyalty solution. We have seen an uptick in our customer retention and overall customer satisfaction. We have used Zinrelo to award coupon codes, refer a friend and offer our best customers a first look at rare items. It checks all the boxes for us. While it is one of the more expensive options, I am going to use the age-old expression. You get what you pay for! Nick is our dedicated customer success manager and he is always just an email away. Quick and accurate support every time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an all-in-one Loyalty Solution look at Zinrelo.

We were keyed onto these guys through the UPS Tech program. Overall it's worked well and our customers have liked getting the rewards points. It's bee a good way to get our customers to share our products with their friends.

I used this app for my loyalty program and referral marketing. I simply love it....it has all in one place and I jumped from not incentivizing my customers at all to giving them a full suite of options to earn points and get a better status full of rewards. The app works perfect and customer service is proactive.
