I just had a meeting with Sachin and was able to get the accessibility statement added on my website with ease. This seems to be the easiest way to get my website ADA accessible that i have found.

The app's support team was very helpful in preparing the accessibility statement and providing me with a customized code to enter the accessibility certificate in a location of my website that fits in with my other content. I would highly recommend this app.

Although we are new to this program, we set up a zoom to assist with our accessibility statement and it was very helpful and we were guided without any problems. We were able to insert our statement right away into our website. Customer service is great so far.

Horrid app to utilize, breaks right away. I would not utilize this on your store. It does not make things easier, just makes it harder

I have been using this app for 3 years and it hasn't given me any problems to date. A customer recently reported to me that he/she received a delivery confirmation message that I sent. This message informed the customer that the app was "probably" not active on my site. In my opinion such messages exposed the me , as app -customer to serious legal consequences, and I did not appreciate it. Fortunately, the person in the chat, connected to the app, proved to be very cooperative. Anyway, to me this mean that the subscription expiration information process must be reviewed

So far so good, very easy to install. Great customer service! I had a few questions and Sachin was available immediately to answer them and help me along the way.

This app is easy to install and set! The support is very quick. I got an support immediately when I asked my issue via chat window.

This app is so so great, got so many different options, to change the letters, to change the language, to change the background color.
With the free plan is not much, because it blocks most of them leaving only two or three options but with such a low price per month is super nice
It is a total respect to be everything used by anyone, equal rights for shopping or information and I strongly believe is a must to give access to handicapped people with love and respect. I love it and totally recommended it. Also, support was instant, really kind and helpfull.

I was unaware of the ADA's accessibility law. Since learning about the law, I had to look for a viable solution for my business. Thankfully I found Accessibility Enabler and easily installed into onto our site. Their interface is perfect for what we were looking for, the pricing was what we budgeted out and the icon is minimal. Would definitely recommend this app!

This is a good app for the purpose of trying to both avoid getting sued by one of the bogus law companies and to have a basic accessibility tool for users. It's easy to use, affordable and the support has been very good. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because I don't think they can actually prevent my getting sued. If that were the case, with some kind of guarantee, I would probably give a 5 star review.

We were looking for the best way to be ADA compliant and so glad that we found Accessibility Enabler. The integration was very simple and their customer support is very reachable. Our e-commerce site is now protected from frivolous lawsuits, which has become a very real issue especially as your website grows. We highly recommend this app, it looks very good on mobile as well!

We displayed this app on the a nationally televised flash sale for a major client. During the sale, an ugly, intrusive ad appeared for this software. We immediately paid to upgrade and complained.

Two days later, after the flash sale is over, we get a response. Pay us another $1000 per month to pull our ad.

The next day, an emergency text comes in from my webmaster from ANOTHER domain I own and manage. This is not a billion dollar client, it's in the $10 million range.

They needed to purchase an emergency upgrade because an ugly ADA ad had suddenly appeared across the homepage and every page of our website.

This is what it says on the Accessibility Enabler website.
"Do you inform me before putting the banner on my website?
We always keep you informed about your page view balance. We just don’t put the banner on your site and keep ourselves quite. We send you emails regarding the same."

This is not what we experienced, and I strongly urge caution if you are considering using this app. Two separate websites with different accounts, completely unconnected were spammed by this company in the exact same way.

I've a issue with App and happily say, the very next day support team given solution. Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Hikeorders made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him.

So far this seems to be an amazing app. Very clean implementation and an onboarding process that takes a couple of minutes. It's unfortunate that Zodica Perfumery has left a review that makes it seem like an expensive app. It isn't. I'm glad I didn't allow their review to put me off trying as that would have prevented me from providing improved accessibility, which I had set out to do. Like most other apps in Shopify I was asked to authorize an additional monthly charge. In my case, $5 per month with very reasonable volume increments. This just makes so much sense and it's so easy. I hope it helps.

Great app and awesome tech support. They were able to provide me with a testing window to check the varies options of installation on my staging site.

The shopify team recommended the application and they were absolutely right. Great app! They have an available, efficient and responsive support team for their users' requests.
I asked to add a feature a day before releasing a version update and their developers did so. Thay have definitely a high level of service :)
