I have been using this app for 3 years and it hasn't given me any problems to date. A customer recently reported to me that he/she received a delivery confirmation message that I sent. This message informed the customer that the app was "probably" not active on my site. In my opinion such messages exposed the me , as app -customer to serious legal consequences, and I did not appreciate it. Fortunately, the person in the chat, connected to the app, proved to be very cooperative. Anyway, to me this mean that the subscription expiration information process must be reviewed

We added this app at recommendation of an accessibility advocate who is helping us make our site and products more user friendly. I appreciate how easy they make it to add features that are in alignment with our values and hope to keep using it to be more and more accessible even though we have a small team and limited capacity.

This app was very easy to set up and it had all the customization i was looking for. Very straight forward and without any additional knowledge it was easy to create accessebility policy as well as the sitemap.

This is a good app for the purpose of trying to both avoid getting sued by one of the bogus law companies and to have a basic accessibility tool for users. It's easy to use, affordable and the support has been very good. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because I don't think they can actually prevent my getting sued. If that were the case, with some kind of guarantee, I would probably give a 5 star review.

The free lite version has orange bar on bottom right corner of the of the screen ( which you are consider as ads)

If you don't purchase a plan then after 3 days of trail, you will be automatically using our free-lite version.

We send email notification regarding the same during the trial. Seems like your completely ignored them

The app's support team was very helpful in preparing the accessibility statement and providing me with a customized code to enter the accessibility certificate in a location of my website that fits in with my other content. I would highly recommend this app.

So far this seems to be an amazing app. Very clean implementation and an onboarding process that takes a couple of minutes. It's unfortunate that Zodica Perfumery has left a review that makes it seem like an expensive app. It isn't. I'm glad I didn't allow their review to put me off trying as that would have prevented me from providing improved accessibility, which I had set out to do. Like most other apps in Shopify I was asked to authorize an additional monthly charge. In my case, $5 per month with very reasonable volume increments. This just makes so much sense and it's so easy. I hope it helps.
