Extremely helpful customer support, they helped me optimize my campaign and were so useful with their responses to my queries

I contacted live chat and the service was outstanding. The integration assistance and strategy support provided by my agent was exceptional. I'm new to this app and the customer service laid out everything i need to know to get started right away. I highly recommend using this app to retarget your customers, especially with the in-depth algorithm they have in place!

We have been using the Adroll APP and platform for the last 12 months and the results have been outstanding. In addition the reporting and (consistant) new features are brilliant.
Additionally the support crew are super responsive and very helpful.

I enjoy using this app. It helps with a lot of the back end marketing that Facebook and Instagram may not have reach too. Not only that, the customer service is great! Either if you want to do it yourself or have an actual individual, they are great at responding.

We've worked with AdRoll for several years now and recently transitioned to Shopify Plus. The integration was simple and seamless as it plug straight into Shopify. Our account manager is a blessing! She is extremely helpful in helping us optimize performance.
We currently use AdRoll to run both our retargeting and brand awareness display ads and are seeing a great return. Their dashboard is so easy to use! My favourite feature is the campaign attribution dashboard which shows exactly what impact AdRoll has on every customer pathway.

The customer support I have received has been above and beyond anything I've come to expect from apps like this. They have been amazing in helping me work through a few problems that have cropped up. Some of them have taken a while to get resolved but we were also in the 4th quarter so I imagine their work load was much higher than normal. A quick shout out to Akash for all his hard work.

Rohini R was a big big help! The AdRoll app is very intuitive and the beauty is that integrates quite easily with Shopify. So all you have to do is focus on Ads and just click click and hit Publish! :D Cant wait to scale my sales :D
