We are very pleased with the performance and results we’ve seen from AdRoll. Their platform has been instrumental in helping us reach new customers while re-engaging with existing ones. Since working with AdRoll, we’ve seen consistent improvements in both traffic and conversions, and their support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

The role it plays in our marketing landscape from a display perspective is really beneficial. However, I have run into issues with scheduling and ads not being on/off when they should.

We've been using AdRoll for a few months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The platform is user-friendly, and the retargeting tools are particularly effective in driving conversions. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the conversion results are all over the place. One week it will be $12,000+, the next $3,000 with no rhyme or reason. Additionally, some of the customization options for ads could be more robust.

Overall, AdRoll is an excellent tool for businesses looking to enhance their digital marketing efforts. With a few minor improvements, it would easily be a 5-star service!

AdRoll has been a great addition to our advertising arsenal. The support is very helpful and setup is pretty straightforward. We've been running a few campaigns over the course of 6 months or so and have been pleasantly surprised at our results. The integration with Shopify really helps propel their services to the next level. The ability to easily leverage our data from Shopify makes AdRoll stand above the competition. Give them a shot, you'll be happy!

Integration is easy to set up and customer service is 24/7 available. Rishiraj was really helpful and guided me through all the steps.

I have had Adroll for around 6 months and not got around to fully utilizing it and taking advantage of all its functions. Rohini was super helpful and it really help me understand just how powerful of a tool this can be when used properly. We had great success with adroll when we started using it but we were just scratching the surface. Now thanks to their help and advice I feel we are ready to seriously step it up a notch. Looking forward to seeing where this takes us.

Still in the middle of our free 30-day trial, but so far I've had a great experience getting established with AdRoll and the customer support I got from Rohini was exceptional! They were very helpful and patient with me and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to utilizing their services!

I used the app to help with building up traffic and get sales. The traffic slowly imroved but I'm not able to have the time and actually site with the program. I did have an issue with logging in through the shopify app and found you have to do it directly. If you have the time and energy to put towards it I'm sure this will help the store a lot.

I like the app, it has good customer support and features once you get to understand it. It did take a while to figure out some of the other basics and policies.

While not the easiest app to understand the customer service is unlike anything else. They go above and beyond and take the time to walk you through each step. They make sure you feel comfortable navigating their app and offer screenshots and other tools to help as you need.
