Adroll has one of the best customer services. They were very patient and able to solve any issues in a timely fashion.
The adrol team seems to be experiencing cutbacks lately. We have been with them for years, but unfortunately have experienced a loss of personalized service. We received an email that our personal rep we have been with for yrs is "not working for the company anymore" and we were directed towards "general inquiries" for future assistance. Not pleased:(
We use this app for digital display ads on third party websites, and it has really help supplement our paid strategy in addition to ads on social media. The interface is really easy to use and once you set it up, they just run automatically and it's an easy way to generate revenue without thinking about it constantly.
