Today both Uday S (I think) and Rohini R were heaven sent. I don't much about apps or any website functions. I never felt old, annoying or rushed. Uday helped first and because I got lost Rohini was glad to follow up. Thank you both "air hugs" of appreciation.

Still in the middle of our free 30-day trial, but so far I've had a great experience getting established with AdRoll and the customer support I got from Rohini was exceptional! They were very helpful and patient with me and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to utilizing their services!
They claim that we made a certain amount from their retargeting, but it's inaccurate. We made $0 from their ads and retargeting, and contacting customer service is completely pointless.
My store speed collapsed after installing this app, which is a shame because the app seemed like it would be quite useful. Have deleted.

I just received an update from the policy team and they contested with our partnered ad networks voicing out your concerns. However, after a comprehensive review, they were stringent to the policies as outlined in this help article and unable to approve them. Sorry about that.
We absolutely understand that some ad networks allow the ads but we can only run if they are viewable to all age groups. Gun or weapon-related publications may run on limited inventory and are subject to further review as long as there are no images of the Guns/tactical products or models pointing the guns in the ad banners and the landing pages including the home page. Here is the help article for reference. Additionally, any device/tactical products or image that discharges a projectile at high velocity with the potential to injure cannot be approved.
Please note that we are at the mercy of what our ad networks approve as the ads run on their publisher sites. These are internal company requirements that we are to abide by at all times. They were created together with our Ad Network Partners and self-regulatory groups, such as the NAI.
They are subject to change according to the ongoing market situation. Also, it is the Policy Team that makes decisions with the help of Ad networks regarding websites' eligibility to be advertised on the platform. I appreciate your kind understanding.
I would also recommend taking a look at AdRoll's Trust Center, especially the Advertising Guidelines section for more information on the subject.

We are always happy to receive constructive feedback and act on it. In this case, we are saddened to see such a meritless review. We have a strict policy around guns and we prohibit images of guns in the ads, landing pages, and/or website, no exceptions.
It got installed automatically in my store, I want to try it how it works. I will come back after one month for next review

We have taken the time to investigate it and noticed that an account with AdRoll was created a few hours ago, the tracking code, SmartPixel has been placed by completing the Shopify integration from your side. I have just emailed you with more details on how to remove the integration, if needed.

Okay today is my first day. This is just the install and pixel. Gauri, was very nice and stayed patient with me. i will write after running my first native ad to build brand awareness. Thank you!
Easy to connect , fast integration, great online chat to assist with any issues that might arise. Highly recommended
My store is new and I need to start advertising, I installed AdRoll yesterday and yes it was in a few simple clicks, BUT, what happened after that isn't very pleasant:
1- I couldn't access the application from Shopify, or even by logging in using my user, i have to use a custom URL to access the application, I know that from the support who told me that their team is working on the problem.
2- I got a big error message on the home page that Pixel is not connected, I contacted their support again and they solved the issue.
3- I tried to find the Social Ad Campaign or Recipe that I need to attract new customers, and their support told me that they removed this for now and it will be available in the future.
4- In their ad video, they say that they connect to my store at Shopify and sync the product for dynamic apps, i could find this even after 24 hours.
5- The instruction and videos on youtube is different of what you actually see, it look like another product!
6- I disconnected my Meta account, and it still shows connected even after more than 18 hours, so it wasn't an easy goodbye to this application.
The only brilliant thing I found is their support team, they are very helpful, accurate, and give you full answers, you can contact them in one click and in less than one min.
I don't know if it was a good product, but I can see that they are going in the wrong direction now.

I am sorry that you had a negative experience with us. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we regret to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.
Kindly note that there is a known issue when we log in from the Shopify app, the pricing plan is being shown. Our Developers are working with the Shopify team to rectify and sort it.
The pixel connection status and the feed configuration would take some time to reflect on the dashboard after being connected though they are done immediately with the integration as per the activation process. I agree with you that it should be something done quickly.
Currently, we do not have the option to launch a Facebook attract campaign at the moment but trust me, our Product team is working on it, and we should have the option soon.
As promised, my colleague Joshwin is working on your concern regarding the Facebook ad account disconnection which should be disconnected soon.
