I have used this app, it was really a bad experience though. It seems their system is dead. One should not waste their money, Its better to have some knowledge of facebook ads and run it by yourself. Adscale is better than this.

Please stay away from this app. I un-installed this app, because it's not working at all. As soon as I un installed it. All my sales went straight to abandoned check out. I got no sales for 4 days which is it never happened on my store until I tried this app. Trashy app ever. It should be not here.

Even though all my settings were correct (verified by AdRoll support) it kept emailing with the address Diagon Ally in London. Then it started to use a different company name. Does not work. Don't waste your time.

Don't trust this app. they still charging my credit card for 2 months even I don't use this app. I had to uninstall this app because I even didn't see running on google search but their dashboard have impression of course :)

Installed just to give it a 1 star. Company charged 145.44$ to my card wrongfully. Only asked for 30 day trial. Did not deliver any customers or sales. When asked for a refund - did not get one. avoid this company. Asked the company to delete all display ads before 30 days - and refused - in order to steal more of my hard earned monies. Total scam. If only I could rate this ap with negative stars... By far the worst experience that I have ever had trying to run an ad. Firstly, Adroll generated ads for me that didn't meet their own guidelines so I had to manually create ads that did. Very UNSATISFIED! Please don't use this app if you want not to lose money.

I uninstalled the app AdRoll from my Shopify store on 14th of August. On 19th of August they have taken money from me for ads. This message comes when I try to enter my profile in AdRoll but they continue to take money from me for making ads.

The Shopify app is flawed. We checked what they were reporting as conversions and confirmed that none of the customers they reported as converting actually came from their retargeting. This has been reported to Adroll and acknowledged as an error but so far, no explanation.

Thoroughly check their conversion reports against your own data. Without accurate conversion reporting, the app is useless.

**BEWARE** I downloaded the app for about 1.5 weeks.. I didn't even get started because the was an "issue" with my pixel. The Customer support just keep telling me to do something.. and I would as "HOW" and they just responded we just do it..We went back and forth 4 times until I unintalled the app.

They low and behold I have an adroll charge on my account.. for NOTHING!

Worst app ever.

You deduct our test account for more than 70 $, but there is no refund to our account.
You are very bad.
