Terrible support.
We used this app to make custom fields for FAQ pages on each product we then added a link to our FAQ page. The url is correct . However when you click on it goes to a 404 page because is doubles the url.
Reached out to support for over a week. They finally got back to resolve the issue.
I had a quirky issue, and once I reached tech support, they fixed my issue in less than 24 hours. Wow. That was great.
The app has been incredibly helpful in setting up a custom modification for my Shopify product page. I couldn't be happier.
We purchased the Electro theme from Arena about 6 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The theme continues to function smoothly and meets all our expectations. We also had a few modifications and small changes that we wanted, and the Arena support team was quick to accommodate them.
They even went beyond their customer support policy to make small customizations for us. Their customer service has been truly impressive, always responsive and helpful.

This was my first time asking for support in the custom field. The Support team fixed my issue with no problem and their support communication was great.
They've recently improved their support communication, so we're updating the review.. because when the app works, its great. Hopefully going forwards, everything will work as expected.

We have been getting "ourstore.myshopify.com refused to connect" the past 2 weeks anytime we try to open the app. I've left two support tickets, no one has got back to me. And when I try to create an account on their portal to see the tickets, it says I'm not allowed on the portal.
Then when I tried contacting them on their general site's form, after form submission it says "the site can't be reached". Is this app now dead? What is going on? I'll happily update this review if you guys actually get back to me and help us get the app running again. Please assist!

Be very careful with this app, all of a sudden it started picking up our custom pricing and editing the price to display $0.00 at check out.

We loved this app for the longest time, but it's been down the past few days, and have had zero communication from them, even though I've emailed them a few times. We usually access it daily and have not been able to so it's affecting sales on our website. I really hope they get back to us soon. 9.17.2021 UPDATE: ArenaCommerce reached out quickly after receiving this review and additional contact through Shopify Plus Support. I was not aware, nor was it obvious, that support requests only occur in their support portal and not via email. Upon logging into their support portal I did see that they responded to my initial email for help very quickly, and that information did solve my problem. For those of you that are considering this app, just be aware that they have a support portal that you need to create an account on, vs just being able to communicate requests via email. Other than this misunderstanding, I do recommend the app. We use it for a large variety of different features on our website and it works perfectly.
