Although we're not currently using the app, we do want to thank the Mageworx support team for their willingness to answer our questions quickly and to address our special requests promptly. We appreciate their responsiveness and the excellent support we received.
The app is great and works very well. Absolutely recommended for those stores that need very customizable product options. But most of all I want to thank the support staff who responds very quickly and very efficiently to my request for some customization.
This is a great app! It makes adding lots of product variants very easy. It is very simple to use, well laid out and easy to understand once you read the instructions.
Customer support is excellent. Not a techie myself, I had trouble adding some code to a snippet. No problem! I notified customer support and they jumped right in and took care of it. Very Friendly folks!

I use this app to add custom options that are vital to our products. So far - so good! Anytime I need assistance, the support team has been great!
This app really covered everything I needed it to! The few things I couldn't figure out the support team took care of for me with a fast response time!

I had some issues with the app but the team is Super responsive and works quickly to resolve my issues! I tried many other product variants app but they don’t work as well as this one!
I'd rate Mageworx with 10 stars if possible! Amazingly helpful and fast support - there have been so many times where I've asked whether something, seemingly complex was possible and they have always been able to solve the problem and provide an update the same day. Unbelievably good service.
For custom options apps, this one is the best and I've tried them all. Their tech support is amazing. This app gives you the flexibility of endless custom options without having to pay for a dev each time.
