The reporting is great to use in tandem with shopify. It is more user-friendly and you can build on what you already have. The most important thing is the responsiveness from the support team. They respond immediately and go above and beyond. It is truly refreshing!
Very nice reporting app that is relatively powerful. When there is something that is not natively available the support for any customisations or issues is very good and extremely responsive. The AI generation, both for report creation and report summarising, is also really useful. I also really like the scheduling tools to send email reports as these act as useful controls on our inventory.
I would like to recognise Sviat who helped me in resolving all the issues that I had so far, and he was quick with the response and prompt solutions.
I would like to share my feedback about Mipler. Mark from customer support was extremely precise, thorough, and well-prepared. He was able to help me with everything, and on top of that, he was very customer-focused. I truly appreciated his professional and supportive attitude.
I've tried and tinkered with a few report apps and Mipler seems the most easy to use and they've been very helpful with questions. Being able to easily use metafields is particularly good
