Advanced Shipping Manager is the only app I would recommend of its kind. I have worked with them on more than 1 store and they have exceeded expectations every time. The Advanced Shipping Manager app has been amazing. And what's more amazing is their support. They are really fast to reply and extremely helpful. This has been one of the best support experiences I've had recently with any SaaS company.

The app is capable of customizing ground shipping & Ltl Shipping Rules to however, detailed you need it to be. There are many solutions for your business shipping needs. Best of all, is the support you get from ASM. Burt has been excellent in setting up the store and continuously works with an ownership mind and has helped me enormously. I highly recommend this app for your shipping app for customization shipping matrixes and knowing you have the support you need to help you understand the app and also someone who works with you in seeing it get executed.
Very helpful help and outstanding customer support. Burt in particular goes above and beyond to help out customers.. I remember he stayed beyond work hours on a Friday before a long weekend to help me out with a shipping solution. Must-have app if you want real-time carrier rates and on-call help.

The app looks a little intimidating at first but they will totally help you set everything up. This company literally has the best customer support out of any other app I have ever used. Burt is the man!! The app will pay for itself over and over. Glad I found them.
Advanced Shipping Manager is a fantastic app to give your customer accurate shipping rates and to easily manage shipping rates across your products and regions. We started using ASM with one site and then added it to our second site as well. The customer service is also fantastic. The team responds incredibly quickly and is great at helping us when needed.
Awesome app! We have used Advanced Shipping Manager for years and it is robust solution to do any customization you need when it comes to shipping management. I don't know how they pull it off making such a complex system to support all the platforms, carriers rates, data customization. They even support dropshipping stock status!
