Great shipping App. It had everything we needed. Their Customer Service is also excellent.
Consider this an open warning to anyone thinking about using this app. A simple documentation error by ASM cost us about $1,000 in revenue during our first 45 days using their app.
Despite the fact that they "guarantee the ROI of their app," they never responded or acknowledged our multiple requests for them to consider waiving their fees.
The ASM team earned this review by ignoring support requests and costing us a significant amount of money.
Advanced Shipping Manager is the only app I would recommend of its kind. I have worked with them on more than 1 store and they have exceeded expectations every time. No matter what shipping challenge you may have, they will find a way to make it work for you. Looking forward to using more of their features in the future. Thanks guys!

The app is capable of customizing ground shipping & Ltl Shipping Rules to however, detailed you need it to be. There are many solutions for your business shipping needs. Best of all, is the support you get from ASM. Burt has been excellent in setting up the store and continuously works with an ownership mind and has helped me enormously. I highly recommend this app for your shipping app for customization shipping matrixes and knowing you have the support you need to help you understand the app and also someone who works with you in seeing it get executed.
