AfterShip has been excellent so far. It makes it very easy for my customers to track their order, without having to go to multiple sites to do so. Everything is one one single location and is displayed in a very easy to read format.

Easy to use, we installed auto-fetch function using google sheet to keep the shipment status of different orders. Even I have the tracking box in my store for customers to use. It helps customers and ourselves to follow the shipment status after ship and before customers received their products. Even more, it will send us in transit email copy as well. Highly recommended.

Great app for tracking consignments excellent support by team members whenever required. All the required features are available and very easy to use. Entire customer journey from order fulfillment to returns is easily tracked.
Only issue is for some features like cross sell through product recommendation in email notifications requires higher plan subscription which may not be affordable for small business owners.
