Moved across from another reviews app, and it has been straightforward. The widget does what we need, and we could style it to match our theme. Had a few things I couldn't work out early on, and the chat support 'Olivia' sorted them quickly. Good to deal with.
The app has a lot of options to customise and is really easy to use! I did have a bit of trouble figuring out some details on how to request reviews manually (more of a me issue than an app issue), but Hena from customer service was really helpful and walked me through it.
This is a powerful app that is helping us level up our review game, alhough set up is easy, I did need support to show me how to send an invitation to review on past orders (greater than 60 days too) Kipuka in the support team handled that for me and in the end it was super easy!
