AG Product Reviews App & UGC

So far, we are having an excellent experience using this app (and various other Avada products)! We really appreciate that they offer competitive pricing compared to other apps, while also maintaining responsive and high-quality customer service. Aria, with the Live Chat support, has been great at answering all of our questions and giving us clear guidance with setup and optimization.

Ive been using Judge.me for a while but recently came to find out they locked everything behind paid plan, even basic features like editing text for the request review email. I am so happy i came across this app, was having trouble importing my reviews (because the file was broken), Russ was amazing and so quick to resolve the issue! He not only fixed it but uploaded for me and made sure it displays correctly. I dont think ive ever gotten help that quick from any other apps! So far, so good! The widgets look so much better on the website and there is way more customization than the previous app offers. I recommend this review app for sure!

Kipuka helped me with our 2 different stores with no hesitations. She's well versed with, understands my concerns. Helped with what she has access and or what she can help me. The app too is great but with a lot of potential for more improvements. Also mentioned a few suggestions to Kipuka. Biggest factor is this is a free app that has a lot of things to offer.
