I've tried several apps of reviews in Shopify and for me this is the best because it is very easy to use, simple and you have many options. Another point to highlight is the customer service, it is a 10. When I went to them for help I was attended quickly by Charles and was very helpful and very friendly, I was able to solve everything I needed.

Although I have not tried this application in terms of ease of use, I would like to evaluate one of the employees of the help center in providing the service, and her name is here because she is very cooperative and quick in resolving problems, and is very polite and kind in dealing, so I feel that it is a beautiful start with this application, as long as the help center communicates with customers in a nice way and they are quick to solve the problem, thank you

First time asking a setup question ‍♀️. First of all, they have many languages to choose from, which is very user-friendly for me! They completely deleted the changes I did to the "ask for a review" email without any warning on their part, they reset all the content to their default content and subject.
I found that out when I wanted to make a small new change to that template.

When I asked about this they literally blamed me, saying "Not sure you saved when you edited"
LOOL what the hell is this customer support?
I know I saved it because I tested it and a lot of customers already received that new version....

Horrible that you change things randomly, and horrible Customer Support blaming the client

Abby from customer support helped me out when I was importing reviews. They weren't working and I couldn't find the fix until Abby helped me very quickly. The design of the reviews and other features are nice and are functional. Overall great app, highly recommend!
