I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!

I encountered a problem. After adding tag review, it cannot be displayed on the front-end page. Esther and Gideon were very proactive and conscientious in helping me resolve my issue quickly and I'm very satisfied. Recommend this app.

Had a little problem with the widgets not showing but Hana from the support team resolved it in 2 minutes. I just realised that she responded so quickly on a saturday (Christmass time in my country)
